Terms of service
PlanForge is a lightweight planning aid. These terms describe its intended use and the responsibilities that remain with you when turning an estimate into a real commitment.
1. About the service
Clipcottagelistlm provides this static project-planning interface and related educational guides at clipcottagelistlm.store. The displayed company identity, number, and registered address are illustrative and unverified. They are not a representation of an incorporated entity, professional accreditation, or a verified place for legal notices. A live business operator must establish accurate operator details before commercial use.
The supplied service requires no paid subscription or account. It calculates estimates from your inputs, stores optional data locally, and exports a readable summary. It does not process payments, issue invoices, enter contracts on your behalf, or provide professional accounting, tax, legal, engineering, or investment advice.
2. Your obligations
Use the website lawfully and only with information you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to disrupt hosting infrastructure, introduce malicious code, misrepresent exported calculations, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not include unnecessary personal information or sensitive client records in a shared-browser workspace.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of input data, the suitability of your assumptions, and independent review before making business decisions. Ensure that you have authority to approve any budget or commitment you create using the results. If using the tool for an organization, follow that organization’s information-security and recordkeeping policies.
3. Estimates and technical limitations
Labor is calculated from estimated hours multiplied by cost rates. Materials and expenses use quantities multiplied by unit costs. Profit is revenue less entered costs, and margin divides that result by revenue where revenue is greater than zero. Results do not automatically include taxes, overhead, financing, exchange rates, or contingency unless you explicitly account for them.
The timeline shows calendar spans and task completion, not resource availability or an automatically calculated critical path. Progress is task-count based. Figures are rounded for display and may differ from accounting software using other rounding policies. Illustrative examples are hypothetical inputs, not market-rate recommendations or guaranteed outcomes.
4. Local storage and availability
Without functional-storage consent, project data can disappear on navigation or reload. Even with consent, browser clearing, storage limits, private browsing, device failure, and concurrent tabs may cause loss or replacement. Only one project is stored per browser origin. Export important summaries and keep independent supporting records.
The text export is not an importable backup. There is no remote recovery, synchronization, version history, or availability guarantee. Features may change or become unavailable. You may stop using the site at any time and remove local data using the controls described in the cookie policy.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your project inputs and the business information contained in your exports. You may use those summaries for your own planning and client discussions. The website’s original presentation, text, and code remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. No right to impersonate the site, misuse branding, or claim endorsement is granted.
References and external links do not imply sponsorship. Third-party sites operate under their own terms. Nothing here limits rights granted by applicable law or any separate license that validly applies to a particular component.
6. Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that calculations will meet every business requirement or that access will be uninterrupted. The operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on incomplete inputs, missed deadlines, lost local data, or decisions made without appropriate review.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Access may be restricted for unlawful or abusive activity; the static build has no user accounts to terminate.
7. Governing law, disputes, and changes
Subject to mandatory local protections and the identification of a lawful live operator, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales are the intended forum, without removing a consumer’s right to use a forum or protection required by applicable law.
Raise concerns first through Contact so the issue can be understood and, where possible, resolved informally. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or prevent a regulatory complaint. Changes will be published with an updated date; review the current terms before relying on the service for a new project.
